Retrievable Fixed Valve Pump

The salvageable fixed valve pump designed and developed by the company combines the advantages of the whole barrel pump and rod pump, which can realize the fixed valve without pump repair and greatly reduce the operating cost.

The fixed valve assembly of the pump is connected and sealed with the pump barrel assembly through the buckle, and the lower end of the plunger assembly is provided with a special structure, which can be freely disassembled with the upper end of the fixed valve assembly. When the fixed valve needs to be repaired, the plunger is lowered to the bottom of the pump, the rotating rod drives the plunger to rotate, the lower end of the plunger and the upper end of the fixed valve can be tightened together, and the lifting of the rod can make the fixed valve assembly free from the pump barrel assembly, and the rod and plunger are lifted to the ground together.

The repaired fixed valve is connected with the lower end of the plunger, and is lowered into the pump barrel assembly through the tubing string together with the rod and plunger. The special mechanism at the bottom of the pump barrel assembly and outside the fixed valve assembly will automatically clamp and seal, and the rod will be reversed to make the lower end of the plunger and the upper end of the fixed valve assembly release, so that normal oil pumping can be realized.
