Solid Plunger Two-way Pump

Main feature

1. Solid plunger, no ball, seat, plunger can be made very thin, and pull constantly, especially suitable for small displacement, deep Wells (shallow Wells are more problem);

2. The inlet and outlet valves are equipped with valve ball guide belts, which are suitable for vertical Wells and inclined Wells. The running track of the ball is straight line, which can shorten the falling time and improve the pump efficiency;

3. The oil outlet of the diverter is equipped with a sand control pipe, which can effectively prevent fine sand from sinking into the diverter and valve body;

4. The upper and lower strokes are pumped, and the same displacement can reduce the power and save energy. Taking φ25 pump as an example, if the pull rod of φ19 is selected and the pressure of the oil at the upper end of the pump is P (kg/cm2), the theory of the upper and lower stroke of the pump is used
